Part-Time Instructors for Math and Computer Science -- Pacific American School

•  Computer Science Instructor --- has a bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of experience in teaching programming languages (Python, machine learning, Java/C++, AP Computer Science A) and computer skills in Data Modeling, SQL, 3D Modeling, Robotics, VEX, Networking, and Cybersecurity. Experience with C++ programming and Java Programming.

•  Secondary School Math Instructor--- has a master’s degree or above with at least 2 years of secondary school teaching experience in High School Math.

Pacific American School, a K-12 college preparatory American school in Zhubei, invites applications for the positions available in 2022-2024.

Desired qualifications for Instructional Positions include:

•    Has experience project-based learning (PBL) integrated instruction

•    Has implemented technology instruction and G-Suite applications

•    Has worked with an American curriculum, standards and benchmarks, and develop unit plans   

•    High level of English proficiency required

•    Has other extracurricular specialty and is able to help with school clubs/ after school activities

•    Has the ability to collaborate with others in professional development and accreditation processes

•    Is positive, enthusiastic, flexible
